Interested in deepening your practice or learning a completely new style of Yoga? My Vinyasa Practice has something to support your practice. MVP offers a variety of asana classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners in a variety of different styles. We also offer tutorials and step-by-step guides on how to create your own sequences and even start teaching yoga to friends and family. We make yoga accessible, affordable, and authentic by giving you options along your journey towards a life of more balance and integration.  We’ve been serving our international population for over a decade with online yoga teacher training and in-person yoga teacher training at affordable rates that meet practitioners were they are while helping them to elevate their practice. 

All of our teachers are accessible to students via our Free App, too. If you resonate with one of our teachers you can download our app and book one on one sessions on a donation basis, or you can enjoy unlimited one-on-one sessions for private yoga, yoga therapy, or coaching if you’re a monthly membership to our app. It’s never been easier to dive into practice authentically in a way that supports your life’s unique unfolding.
