My Vinyasa Practice will be traveling to the breathtaking Highlands of Scotland for a rejuvenating retreat. If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring Scotland’s serene landscapes and rich cultural heritage, this is your opportunity!
Whether you’re studying for your 200 or 300-hour certification, immerse yourself in your practice while connecting with the powerful energy of the Scottish Highlands. Practice and study with our lead trainers as you deepen your understanding of yoga, yourself, and the world around you in a land steeped in ancient wisdom and tradition. This retreat is led by Michelle Young and Tara Cleven.
Retreat Highlights:
✨ Daily Yoga: Find balance and renewal through daily yoga sessions designed to support all levels of practice. Our experienced instructors will guide you through mindful movements that align with the tranquil energy of the Highlands.
🍽️ Local Cuisine: Enjoy nourishing Scottish-inspired meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Two wholesome meals per day will keep you grounded and energized. A light continental breakfast will also be available to start your mornings with ease.

COVID PROTOCOL
All participants must submit proof of vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID test taken within two days of the beginning of the retreat. MVP will follow all local guidelines regarding masks when in public places, and participants are expected to adhere to them during their stay. Social distancing will be enforced whenever possible, and hand sanitizer will be readily available.

Payment
Early Bird Special: Register before February 18th, 2026, to enjoy special savings on this exclusive retreat. The price will increase by $400 if purchased after the Early Bird Special ends, which is 60 days prior to the retreat.
Deposits are applied to the total cost of the trip. The trip includes 2 prepared meals daily, a continental breakfast, and excursions.

REFUNDS
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Participants who cancel their participation in the retreat may be eligible for a 50% refund up until 60 days before the retreat. No refunds will be given 59 days before the retreat.
