Airfare is NOT included in the overall retreat cost and attendees are responsible for their own airfare, scheduling, and baggage. MVP will provide two shuttles from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) to the retreat center between 1:00PM and 5:00PM on arrival day, and between 9:00AM and 12:00PM on departure day.
*Specific times will be based on the needs of the group. Please note to provide transportation from the airport to as many attendees as possible, MVP may schedule the times requiring a waiting period in-between shuttle times and arrival/departure times.
Participants will need to arrange their own transportation to/from the airport outside of these hours. Please note that the airport is twenty-four (24) miles from the Windward Retreat Center in Kaaawa, approximately a forty-five (45) minute drive.

Windward Retreat Center is located in Kaaawa, a small beach community nestled between spectacular mountains and beautiful white sand beaches. MVP and Retreat Attendees will be staying in a recently built (2013) center with wood floors and high ceilings, which also features a private yoga studio.
Attendees have two room types available to choose from, shared or double occupancy. There are only TWO double occupancy rooms available where attendees will room share and have ONE (1) Queen bed available to share. With these rooms so limited be sure to book your room quickly!
For Shared rooms, there are six (6) spots available. Retreat Attendees will be room sharing with two other attendees. Two rooms located in the retreat center have three (3) single beds each and we will do our best to accommodate any requests made for attendees wishing to room together.
Please note that this is a peacefully secluded setting that expects quiet hours starting at 9:00PM on weekdays and at 11:00PM on weekends. The location would be considered relatively remote and is not located near shopping, restaurants, or late night venues.
Group meals are included on-site, however, participants should expect to pay for one (1) to two (2) meals off-site during their stay. Vegetarian and vegan meals can be accommodated if requested, but know this is not our standard meal plan. MVP will do our best to accommodate other dietary restrictions and allergies, but we cannot guarantee this. All participants must submit proof of vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID test taken within five (5) days of the beginning of the retreat (October 13, 2021). MVP will follow all local guidelines regarding masks when in public places, and participants are expected to adhere to these guidelines during their stay. Social distancing will be enforced whenever possible, and hand sanitizer will be readily available.
*The following is a general tentative schedule and is subject to change. Main activities (horseback riding, hiking, kayaking) will remain part of the schedule, but date/times may vary.

Daily Morning Schedule for Days 2-6
6:30am – 7:00am: Silent Meditation
7:00am – 7:15am: Guided Meditation
7:15am – 8:30am: Yoga
8:45am – 9:30am: Breakfast
**** Daily schedules will start at approximately 10am, after Meditation, Yoga, & Breakfast.
Day 2: Mini Workshop, Lunch on Own, Kayaking, Beach Time or Optional Hike, Dinner (House)
Day 3: Activity, Lunch, Nidra, Free Time, Dinner, Game Night
Day 4: Mini Workshop, Lunch, Explore North Shore, Dinner out as a group
Day 5: Hiking, Lunch, Horseback Riding, Beach Time at Chinaman’s Hat or Kualoa Ranch, Dinner (house), Closing
Day 6: Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Depart

If a payment plan is needed please email Chris Young at firstname.lastname@example.org after paying your initial deposit. Invoices and Payment Plans will be sent out through email@example.com and are due in full no later than September 15, 2021.
If requested on or before July 15th, you may be eligible for a 50% refund minus deposit paid.
From July 16th or later, NO REFUNDS will be given due to the nature of the purchase and event.
