Katherine is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and RYT 500 whose work is grounded in compassion, evidence-informed yoga therapy, and a deep commitment to whole-person healing. She specializes in supporting clients navigating trauma, grief, and addiction, offering trauma-sensitive, somatically informed practices that empower individuals to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate a sense of inner safety and resilience. Katherine integrates breathwork, mindful movement, yoga philosophy, guided self-inquiry, and individualized home practices to meet each client exactly where they are.

With an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a professional background in corporate leadership, Katherine also brings valuable experience supporting corporate clients managing stress, burnout, anxiety, and work–life imbalance. Her approach blends practical tools for emotional regulation, mindful performance, and sustainable well-being in high-demand environments.

Outside of her therapeutic work, Katherine finds inspiration and grounding in the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, biking, paddling, climbing, and embracing opportunities for travel and adventure. These experiences inform her belief in the healing power of movement, connection, and time in nature.
