Yin Yoga for Balance

As the seasons shift into spring, this practice creates space to let go of stagnation, reset internal rhythms, and reconnect to a sense of ease and clarity.

The final 30 minutes unfold into a sound sanctuary, where crystal bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and gong weave a tapestry of resonance that clears energetic blockages and invites profound restoration. Letting the frequencies carry you beyond thought, into a realm of deep peace and mystical renewal.

Vin to Yin Yoga

Join Jorden for a balanced practice that blends the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the deep stillness of Yin yoga. This 60-minute class begins with approximately 35 minutes of a full-body Vinyasa flow designed to build warmth, strength, and mindful movement. The practice then transitions into about 25 minutes of grounding Yin postures, allowing time to slow down, release tension, and settle into stillness.
This nontraditional offering is accessible to all levels and is a wonderful introduction to Yin yoga for those who may be new to the practice. The class theme centers on grounding, planting seeds, and embracing new growth, inviting you to move with intention and close the practice in quiet reflection.
