Each 60-minute session combines therapeutic yoga, gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. The Fall Reset: Slow Flow, Breathwork & Sound Bath

We’ll begin with a warm cup of seasonal herbal tea before moving through a gentle Slow Flow yoga practice featuring Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to encourage balance and calm. Fall Half-Day Retreat

Join us at Bathe Austin for a thoughtfully curated half-day retreat designed to support your transition into fall.

Fall Grounding is a 4-hour immersive experience blending yoga, hydrotherapy, Ayurvedic wisdom, and intentional rest. Together, we’ll explore practices that calm the nervous system, nourish the body, and create a sense of stability during a season often characterized by movement, change, and busyness.

We’ll begin with an opening circle and guided intention-setting practice, followed by a grounding Vata-balancing yoga session focused on building presence, stability, and connection to the breath. The experience continues with a hands-on self-care ritual designed to support grounding and nourishment throughout the season. Guests will leave with simple tools they can incorporate into their daily routines. We’ll then gather for an Ayurvedic workshop exploring practical ways to balance Vata through food, lifestyle, movement, and seasonal rituals. From there, guests will move through Bathe’s hydrotherapy offerings, including the sauna, cold plunge, and mineral pools, allowing the body to relax, restore, and reset. We’ll close with meditation and a final circle to integrate the experience and carry its intention into the months ahead. Light bites will be provided.

Little One & Me Yoga: Going to the Moon! 🌕
