Heartfelt Consciousness Podcast

Free Community Offering | Mondays | 6:30PM-7:30PM CDT
Laura Bender

Yoga first made an appearance in Laura’s life several years ago and as an avid runner, she heard yoga could play a huge part in improving her form, mental control, breathing, flexibility and balance. Over the last few years, she discovered that it’s so much more than that. While her practice has helped her grow stronger and more flexible, it has taught her the importance of mindfulness and gratitude. Yoga inspires Laura to shine from her heart and open up her soul, to be her most authentic self. Laura completed her 200 hour Vinyasa training with Omnipresent Yoga and has gone on to complete her 300 hour training with My Vinyasa Practice as well as several other programs in Yin, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness Coaching, Aromatherapy and Restorative Yoga. In addition, being a Reiki Master allows her to bring a holistic aspect to her classes that help balance the body and mind. Laura is currently an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.

Our latest Heartfelt Consciousness Podcast Episode goes LIVE every Monday.

Laura Bender talks with a variety of individuals from fellow yogis, yoga teachers, specialists, and more to share their knowledge and expertise on challenges many of us face today both in and outside of our yoga practice and teachings. “In every moment the universe is whispering to you. There are messages for you carried on the winds. There is wisdom for you in the morning songs of the birds outside your window and in the soft murmurs of an ebbing sea. Even ordinary, everyday events in your life carry communications from the realm of spirit.”

~ Denise Linn

Has there been a time when you wished you had the answers to life’s important questions, or assistance in making a decision, or a warm embrace of feeling comforted while in the midst of a difficult time?

In this online workshop, we will explore connecting with our Inner Wisdom (Intuition, Guides, Higher Self, etc) to receive guidance, higher awareness, and support. Anyone can connect with their Inner Wisdom, it is learning how to do so with patience, perseverance, and practice.

In a special inspirational sequence, we will enter the Higher Realm through a meditation with the Crystal Singing Bowls. Specific tones will help us to create the Inner Sanctuary where our Guide is encountered. We will strengthen the connection with meditation, visualization, journaling, and practice.

In this journey, you will delight in the process as you are welcomed with comfort and support. You will broaden your energy and expand your horizons. As your journey continues to unfold, you will learn the language of your Inner Wisdom as It speaks uniquely with you.
