Each New Moon cycle, Lilah will guide you through rituals including a practice of yoga asana, meditation, reflection, and time for journaling. She will incorporate crystals and teach you how you may continue with your ritual through the month at home and on your own.

The New Moon Ceremony Series will take place for each New Moon throughout the year of 2022. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal. We hope you will join us.
