On-Demand Yoga Therapy: Coming Home to Your Body

ON DEMAND Yoga Therapy | 4 week Online Program | Starting Thursday, July 9th, 2026 | 12 PM – 1 PM CT

Physical changes can reshape how we experience our bodies, often leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves. This four-week yoga therapy series offers a compassionate space to reconnect through movement, breath, and somatic awareness.

Each 60-minute session combines therapeutic movement, breathwork, and gentle education to support healing, nervous system regulation, and self-acceptance.

Together, we’ll explore: the mind-body connection during physical change, somatic practices to rebuild trust and body awareness, breathwork to cultivate safety, and yoga philosophy that honors the body as an ever-changing expression of the self.

Whether you’re healing after surgery, navigating postpartum recovery, adjusting to weight changes, or embracing a body transformed through gender-affirming care, this series welcomes you exactly as you are.

Join us for a peaceful, all-levels yoga experience on the Highland Lawn as we move gently into stillness and rest with the setting sun. This free community class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in an open, natural setting.

We’ll begin with grounding movement to release tension and prepare the body, then ease into an extended Savasana as the sun sets, allowing space for deep relaxation and renewal.

Open to all levels, this class offers a welcoming environment for every body and every experience level.

Come as you are, bring a mat or blanket, and settle in for an evening of calm, connection, and rest. Please note this event is rain or shine: if it rains, we will pop in the studio.

Cooling the Fire: Yoga for Stress, Sleep & Hormonal Balance

Through accessible movement, breathwork, and restorative postures, participants will explore practices that encourage relaxation, improve sleep quality, and support overall wellness. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
