A Summer Half Day Retreat

Join us at Bathe Austin for a thoughtfully curated half-day retreat designed to support your transition into summer.
Summer Reset is a 4-hour immersive experience blending yoga, hydrotherapy, Ayurvedic wisdom, and intentional rest. Together, we’ll explore practices that cool the body, calm the mind, and create space for renewal.
We’ll begin with an opening circle and guided intention setting, followed by a grounding, Pitta-balancing yoga practice focused on releasing, softening, and making space.
From there, guests will move through the sauna, cold plunge, and mineral pools, allowing the body to reset and regulate through contrast and rest.
The experience continues with a hands-on self-care ritual, where participants will create or receive a cooling, Pitta-reducing offering to support their summer wellness at home.
We’ll then gather for an Ayurvedic workshop, exploring simple, practical ways to nourish and balance the body through the summer season.
We’ll close with meditation and a final circle to integrate and ground the experience.
