Tangible merchandise, including but not limited to apparel, yoga props, and household goods, may be exchanged within 15 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or a different size is needed.
At this time, tangible merchandise is not eligible for cash refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged within the 15-business-day exchange period.
To initiate an exchange, please contact [email protected]. If your request meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for completing your exchange.
You have thirty (30) days to request a refund or price adjustment on online training(s).
After thirty (30) days, all sales are final.
All in-person training and retreat deposits are nonrefundable.
Training reservations may be canceled up to thirty (30) days in advance with a full refund minus the deposit.
• Refunds are not credited for cancellations thirty (30) days before the start date.
