Yin Yoga for Balance

Specialty Class | Highland Studio | March 30th, 2026 | 7:30 PM CT – 8:30 PM CT
Jorden Poole

Join us for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice designed to cleanse the energetic body and restore balance as we prepare for the first full moon of April.

This one-hour traditional Yin Yoga class offers long-held, passive poses that gently stimulate the meridian pathways, support nervous system regulation, and invite both physical and energetic release. As the seasons shift into spring, this practice creates space to let go of stagnation, reset internal rhythms, and reconnect to a sense of ease and clarity.

The class is intentionally slow, quiet, and grounding, making it supportive for all levels and especially beneficial if you are feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or in need of energetic renewal.
