Job Description
My Vinyasa Practice is looking for a Peer Support Representative. As a Peer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, coordinating projects, and maintaining compliance with internal policies. Your role involves resolving issues, making sales recommendations, and working across departments to support our mission. Responsibilities

- Participate in daily customer support and handle student inquiries via all support channels
- Maintain internal support documentation and processes via ticketing platform
- Act as a point of contact for students
- Resolve customer and project issues as they arise online
- Manage and update customer records across various platforms.
- Make sales recommendations and recommend programs for all MVP departments
- Work with the direct report to coordinate and supervise daily projects and tasks
- Able to maintain communication between different departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Support project processes as per the internal methodology
- Action and handle assigned tasks and projects in self-guidance
- Maintaining a cross-departmental mindset
- Maintain scheduling of events and represented the company when needed
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the direct report and/or senior leadership
- Assist with Marketing efforts relating to the program as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to work up to 10 – 15 HRS a week (with potential for full-time position advancement)
- Monday through Sunday with two days off per week, at least one weekend day required
- Proven experience as an administrator or customer support agent
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and other software
- Preferred experience working with a ticketing platform (ie ZenDesk)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- An MVP 200 or 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
Education

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of related experience is required.
- 500 HR MVP certification preferred.
Physical Requirements

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Perform Asana demonstration & for students for prolonged periods of time (Up to 8 HRs)
