My Vinyasa Practice is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Representative. In this role, you will support and grow our social media strategy and presence, engage with our community, and drive brand awareness through innovative and engaging content. Responsibilities

- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our social media strategy.
- Foster growth throughout the organization’s various social media channels
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Support social media advertising campaigns and Google campaigns using Google Ads
- Design graphics and visual content using Canva
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
- Develop and implement social media contests and campaigns to boost engagement and followers
If in Austin, TX, Responsibilities also include:

- Live Event Coverage: Attend and provide real-time coverage of studio events, classes, and special workshops.
- Video Content: Capture video content of classes for advertising and social media needs.
- Develop Community Engagement: Implement community engagement initiatives within the studio and MVP Community.
REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a personal organic social media following of over 5K
- Proven experience working on at least 2 brands with a following of 33K+ each
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn
- Confidence in using Canva for creating visual content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No specific educational background is required, but a demonstrated passion and valuable experience in social media management are essential
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work up to 15 – 20 hours a week, with potential for full-time position advancement
Physical Requirements

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Perform Asana demonstration & for students for prolonged periods of time (Up to 8 HRs)
Compensation Package
- Employment Status: 1099 Contractor
- Annual Salary Range (part-time role 20 hrs/wk): $20,000 – $40,000 according to qualification
