My Vinyasa Practice is traveling to Portugal for a restorative and immersive retreat experience set along the Atlantic coast. Nestled in nature and within walking distance of the breathtaking Cascata dos Anjos waterfall, this retreat offers the perfect balance of solitude, beauty, and connection.
Whether you’re participating as part of your 200-hour or 300-hour certification, or joining for personal restoration and study, this retreat provides space to deepen your practice, cultivate self-awareness, and integrate learning in a setting that naturally invites presence.
Led by Michelle Young and Tara Cleven, this retreat blends intentional yoga and meditation practices with spacious downtime — allowing insight, rest, and renewal to unfold organically.

Begin and end your days with thoughtfully curated yoga practices suitable for all levels. Sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and reflection, aligning with the expansive and calming energy of the ocean.

Location/Lodging
Our retreat will be held at Anjos Paradise Eden, a new and luxurious private villa surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Designed as a sanctuary for rest and presence, the villa offers indoor-outdoor living that invites the natural environment into every moment of your stay.
The soothing energy of this location naturally encourages the mind to release daily concerns and settle into the present moment — supported by ocean air, garden views, and open skies.
