Have you ever asked for a sign from the Universe to let you know if you are on the “right” path? Have you ever met a stranger who said something unexpected that really resonated and somehow was applicable to your situation? Have you ever noticed that you keep seeing the same kind of animal popping up in your life? Are they coincidences or signs from the Universe?
.
The Universe provides guides that help us on our journey through life. For years, ancient cultures have been attuned to these guides and versed in the messages that they were delivering. How do you find your spirit animal? Is it always the same or do they change over time? How do you recognize that the words from a stranger may be the message you are looking for? When does this apply to your life? What does it all mean? As we move through the world, different guides appear to us at different periods to help us navigate our path. In our busy lives, most people move through their days without recognizing the things that surround them. When we learn to become fully present, the Universe speaks to us.
.
This workshop explores techniques on connecting to the world and seeing the signs that help guide our journeys. The session will end with a guided grounding meditation sound journey.
.

This is a Live Stream Workshop hosted via Zoom.  Investment for registration is $25.  The link to join will be sent the day of the event.

Christine Rodriguez is an Ashtanga yoga teacher, Vinyasa teacher, Vedic astrologer, and social worker. Christine has traveled to Mysore, India to study ashtanga yoga with Saraswathi Jois and has devoted countless hours to practice and mentorship under teachers in order to learn the art of adjustments. In addition, she is a certified Vedic astrologer and completed her Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas in 2020. It’s an honor to hold space for class and she is deeply humbled by her students.

Do you ever wonder how the placement of the stars is influencing you or the world at large?

In this monthly offering, you will be provided with a personalized horoscope for each of the 12 zodiac signs as well as a world overview in order to better plan for the month ahead.  Vedic astrology is a profound sister science to yoga that has been utilized by sages and wise men for thousands of years. Vedic astrology differs from Western astrology.  Follow this link to calculate your personal Vedic birth chart.  The signs to look for are your Ascendant (Asc) and the Moon sign.  Vedic astrology is a lunar-based system, therefore these predictions will be made from your moon!
