What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a form of whole person care that focuses on the individual’s mental, emotional, physical, and environmental health. It is an ancient therapeutic modality that incorporates a broad range of tools and techniques such as yoga asana, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and more. Yoga Therapy aims to address the root cause of imbalance and disorder in order to restore total health and wellness. Yoga Therapists are trained to provide individualized care and personalized health plans.Â
