Airfare is NOT included in the overall retreat cost and attendees are responsible for their own airfare, scheduling, and baggage. MVP will provide three shuttles from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) to the retreat center between 1:00PM and 5:00PM (Eastern Time) on arrival day, and between 6:00AM and 11:00AM (Eastern Time) on departure day.
*Specific times will be based on the needs of the group. Please note to provide transportation from the airport to as many attendees as possible, MVP may schedule the times requiring a waiting period in-between shuttle times and arrival/departure times.
Participants will need to arrange their own transportation to/from the airport outside of these hours. Please note that the airport is approximately thirty (30) miles from the retreat center in Marshall, NC.

Bend of Ivy Lodge is located on sixty-three (63) acres of beautiful mountain property. Yet, it is only a quick twenty (20) minute drive to downtown Asheville. MVP attendees will be staying in a large lodge with a kitchen, and will have access to a private pavilion for mini-workshops and yoga classes.
Please be aware private rooms are extremely limited. If you would like to book a private room, please do so early as they may sell out quickly.
The majority of rooms are equipped with (2) two single beds. With this in mind, attendees WILL be room sharing with another attendee. We ask after registering to fill out a roommate questionnaire in order to help better accommodate any requests.
If you are coming with a friend and would like to room together, please make sure to note this on your Participant Questionnaire you receive after completing registration.
During this retreat, meals will have an Ayurvedic focus. There will be a variety of receipes included with the Ayurvedic teachings focusing on the season and providing the body with delicious and colorful foods for health and energy.
Group meals are included on-site, however, participants should expect to pay for one (1) to two (2) meals off-site during their stay. Vegetarian and vegan meals can be accommodated if requested, but know this is not our standard meal plan. MVP will do our best to accommodate other dietary restrictions and allergies, but we cannot guarantee this. All participants must submit proof of vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID test taken within five (5) days of the beginning of the retreat (September 8, 2021). MVP will follow all local guidelines regarding masks when in public places, and participants are expected to adhere to these guidelines during their stay. Social distancing will be enforced whenever possible, and hand sanitizer will be readily available.

If before on or before June 30th, you may be eligible for a 50% refund minus deposit paid..
From July 1st or later, NO REFUNDS will be given due to the nature of the purchase and event.
