Now, the person who has been activated is reacting in a way that causes them to feel dis-ease energetically. They may even feel that the person that activated them has “bad” energy, but in truth, it’s not the person’s energy that is bad, but rather the experience has disrupted the activated individual’s energy field.
If the person who was activated had not been insecure and therefore averted to their insecurity, then they would not have been activated in the first place, and their energy would not have been displaced. This is why it’s so important to cleanse your energy & tap into your psychic abilities.
You could think of it as water displacement. If I’m attached to something and it gets thrown into my energetic pool of awareness then I feel a lot of disruption as the energy sloshes around. But what if I’m not attached to it? Then it’s like a leaf that gently falls on the surface of the water unnoticed. The key to protecting our energy psychically is to maintain perspective and to watch out for unnecessary attachment.

Psychic practice starts with a healthy pratyahara practice. Pratyahara is withdrawal of the senses and it’s what most people think of when they think of meditation. When we turn our senses inward we begin to first see the mental fluctuations that have us seeking refuge in the outside world, and then we practice observing them without judgment. Mindfulness, or observation without judgment, is the key to practicing to develop psychic abilities.
Imagine if you were on in an endless sea. No land in sight, just waves berating you from all directions. You might panic and possibly even drown, which is what many of us experience when we sit down to meditate. Our thoughts, like waves, beat us down and sometimes make it seem like we can’t get a moment of peace. But, if we start to lay back and float in the waves we begin to relax. The physical body starts to let go and the mind loses its grip.
The more we practice this type of pratyahara the more we can access the meditative state where we observe thoughts, feelings, memories, and sensations without attachment. Over time, we begin to distinguish between the unconscious mind’s need to reconcile experience and information coming from the outside world.
It is this recognition that helps us to see clearly, and when we see clearly we can access clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience among other subtle psychic powers ane nuances.
