Creating a Yoga Sequence
Have you ever thought about creating your own yoga sequence to practice at home? Where is the best place to practice? What poses should you do? Do these poses go together? Should I have a theme? When we become practitioners of yoga, creating connections between our “Self” and mat allows us to connect to our body and breath.
